Third in a flight at The Rogue Wetbar at Waterfront Station. With hops coating my tongue by the two earlier samples, I was not too sure I could tell how good Faux Bruin was. I'm also not a fan of Wilds, but this kettled sour was balanced. Not too tart. Well done. And as I later could go on their website, I read that the kettle is 85% and blended with 15% aged in a foeder withhold chips.
Reading through the rest of their site, I'm totally impressed by their dedication to difficult styles. They also have very good and truly imaginative artwork on their cans. With their speciality in Belgian styles, my only regret to my visit to Vancouver is that I did not visit Powell Street's taproom.
