France is home to great cuisine, fresh ingredients, and farmhouse saisons. This saison is brewed with French Aramis Hops and Chanterelles mushrooms from France. Chanterelles carry a unique rosy aroma and sweet flavor which pairs nicely with the aromas of saison yeast and these rare hops. Santé!

Poured on-tap at the brewery and served in a stemmed tulip, the beer is a golden coloring, with a fluffy, clingy, white head. Nose of farmhouse grains and spice, earthy notes, and rose highlights. Flavors are tangy sweet and floral forward, with a tangy and slightly bitter hopped undertone. Smooth and slick bodied, with a floral and tangy sweet aftertaste. Slick, slightly lingering finish.
