Poured from a growler into a shaker pint, the beer is a bright, vibrant, caramel-copper coloring with a filmy, foamy, low profile, off-white head. Aromas of roasted caramel sweet, tangy apple sweetness, and subtle earthy notes. Flavors are tangy sweet forward, with caramel and toffee notes, tart apple fruit, roasted notes, and sugary highlights. Although overly sweet, the beer is fairly balanced and very drinkable. Light, crisp body, with a roasted and richly sweet aftertaste. Crisp, clean finish. Good beer.
