Appearance: Hazy, gold body underneath a fine, near white head.
Smell: Lightly sweetish cereal malts, touch of rustic grain. A wee bit winy. Fruity hints of lemon, apple and pear. Mild spice accents.
Taste: Pils malt, lightly grainy with a dry honeyish tone. Champagnesque flavor. A touch of sweet lemon, sip of very faint pear juice. Light hint of hopsice and bitterness. Softly phenolic. Dry and still a bit lightly grainy on the crispish finish.
Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. A little over medium carbonation.
Overall: Quality. Why, it's like leaping headfirst into a chasm of refreshment.
