On tap at Blue Rock Pizza & Tap Adams Farm into pint glass. Pours slightly hazy cherry/beetroot red with a thin ring of head retention and spotty lacing. Aromas of watermelon and dragonfruit candy with light lacto funk. Taste of tart/sour watermelon/dragonfruit candy, lemon, lime, green apple, lacto funk, wheat, cracker, hay, straw, grass. Medium tart/tangy, lt sour/spicy/bitter finish. Med high carb and light med body. Crisp clean refreshing finish. Lingering acid with no pucker/astringency. Super vibrant candy like flavors and crisp acidic finish. I love it. This was all around amazingly flavorful, and not overly acidic for a session sour.

Like a mellowed out watermelon Jolly Rancher. Zero tartness, but dangerously crushable.

Purchased as a single can from Ingles for $1.60. Poured into a tulip glass.
L - Clear. Bright rose, with a three-finger pale pink head. Laces well.
S - Strawberry soda, and honeycrisp apple. Hint of watermelon rind.
T - Fruity, but I'm unable to detect exactly what fruits are being used. Oat on the finish, though!
F - Crisp. Light-bodied, with ample carbonation. Super easy-to-drink.
O - If this were 14% ABV, I wouldn't think of it as anything other than a craft 4Loko. A part of me wishes they went this route, but I'm also pleased to drink such a light and refreshing soda-like ale. I would love to keep a sixer of this in the fridge.

This really shouldn’t be characterized as a sour. It has a funky taste to it that almost resembles rust. It is one of the worst sours I have ever bought.
