A: Pours a very lightly hazy pale yellow with some light amounts of active visible carbonation streaming from the bottom of the glass and some lemon yellow highlights. The beer has a half finger tall sudsy fizzy bright white head that reduces to a large mottled patch of extremely thin film and a thin ring at the edges of the glass. Light to moderate amounts of lacing are observed.
S: There are light aromas of cereal grain malts with light amounts of lemon citrus and earthy yeast.
T: Light flavors of grainy malts with light notes of citrus/lemon and just a hint of earthy yeast. There is a very light presence of black pepper spices. Light amounts of tartness and just a hint of bitterness in the finish which does not linger.
M: Slightly heavier than light bodied with moderate to heavy amounts of carbonation. Light hints of dryness in the finish.
O: Very easy to drink and refreshing, the lighter body and low ABV make this one very sessionable. I like this one and would definitely get it again if it was available.
