Had this in October 2018, believe it was an extra from ruzdud, thanks again.
Pours that honey golden color with a high degree of clarity and a small bubbled white head 2/5". Looks the part. The aroma wasn't as hot as most tripels are. Has the requisite yeast phenolics, spice rack is relatively light, little hits of pear, coriander and clove.
Taste, shit man, this is a style I don't like, but I liked this. Wasn't massively hot, imparted some grain like notes, carbonated in the right vein I thought. Drank lighter than expected. A lot more citrus notes than expected, where is that coming from? Is that the same yeast bringing the pear note? Perhaps the citrus is derived from the same place the light metallic bitterness comes from, the hops? It does continue to give a warming sensation, so the alcohol is there, but its like a delayed warmth, down in the belly, not hot in the mouth feel.
Pretty good beer for a style I don't often jive with.

16 oz. Can
CANNED ON: 01/21/2019
BEST BY: 5/21/19
My first from this brewery.
Poured into a Tree House glass a pretty nice hazy golden yelllow color, pretty nice carbonation, with a pretty nice thick/creamy one-finger plus off-white head, which also leaves some pretty nice sticky lacing behind. The nose is malty, yeasty, hoppy, with a really nice wheaty, clove, banana, coriander, peppery. The taste is very nice, malty, yeasty, hoppy, with a really nice wheaty, clove, banana, coriander, peppery, Medium Body, ABV hidden very well, a nice complex brew. Overall, a pretty tasty brew. Glad I got a chance to try this. Thanks Matt!

Thanks to JLindros for hooking me up with a can of this.
A - Poured into my Duvel tulip a nice crystal clear golden hue with a one finger creamy white head that faded slowly to leave a very thin blanket.
S = Aromas of nice Belgian esters, nice phenols, little bit of sugars. Little bit of wheat, maybe a flash of banana. Alcohol is hidden wonderfully.
T - Taste is similar to the nose. Loads of great Belgian esters and phenols, good candi sugar, flashes of wheat and maybe a little bit of floral fruits. Kind of pear like. Alcohol does make itself known on the finish along with a metallic flash. The finish is a lingering just barely fusel alcohol along with a slight metallic penny note on the finish. The excellent esters are what keeps this at a 4.
M - Mouthfeel is a bit light on the carbonation, nice body but a bit thin. Alcohol definitely pops as well.
O - Overall this beer had some decent potential, however, the finish is just really really unpleasant. Alcohol and a penny like flavour on the very back ruins what could have been a really enjoyable beer.

Growler filled yesterday.
Pours a nice fluffy head with big bubbles that fades fairliy quickly, a little whispy lacing and fair legs, super murky blond tangerine orange color.
Nose nice tripel for sure, big creamy wheat like a wit, some candi sugar and sweet candied aromas, plenty of esters, pear, apple, a little bananas foster, tangerine and orange rind, a little touch of alcohol, sweet floral candy malt.
Taste brings sweet candy, a little syrupy out front, light candi sugar, lots of big sweet blond malts, more creamy wheat, again big imperial-esque witbier characters, a little bready yeasty flavor in the background is a little deterring, mild phenols and spices, into big fruity esters, lots of esters with pear, apple, banana, tangerine, a bit of orange rind and pithy bitterness, alcohol flavors kick in with tingle and a touch of a phenolic booze, cracker and yeast in the background is the only real issue. Drier finish with more tingly booze, not sticky at all, lingering creamy wheat and a little bitter orange peel, and a bit of grassy bitterness.
Mouth is med to a bit fuller bodied, some tingly booze and light on the carbonation.
Overall a great tasty tripel, aside from that yeasty flavor and low carbonation, so a few things that could improve the beer, and likely neither exists when on tap. Also big booze character, but expected for the big tripel.

Poured 1/6/17 from a 16.9oz growler that was filled at the brewery on 12/31/16, into a tulip glass.
A: The beer is a light golden brown color, with a thin off-white head that fades quickly and leaves a thin lace on the glass.
S: The aroma contains bananas, Belgian yeast, caramelized malts some spice and some other fruits.
T: The taste starts out sweet with flavors of caramel, bananas, apples and some spice. Then some breadiness comes in from a hearty malt character and a strong Belgian yeast backbone. The hops presence is mild but complementary and brings a good balance. The after-taste is slightly sweet.
M: Crisp and very smooth, medium body, medium carbonation, finish is slightly sticky.
O: Tasty, goes down easily, not too filling, good kick, good representation of style, this is very solid beer to drink for a long time if you’re in the mood for the style.
