A - Poured into a Kate the Great tulip a nice slightly hazy amber hue with a thin wispy head that fades to leave a thin halo.
S - Aromas of really funky farmhouse yeast. Loads of oak, almost buttery. There's a funky gym sock aroma that almost smells trashy. Really, nothing special and a little off smelling.
T - Taste is better than the nose. Little tart white wine vinegar. Nice buttery oak, light tannins. Decent gentle tartness. Light acidic.
M - Mouthfeel is lightly carbonated, wish there was a bit more, finish is pleasant.
O - Overall this was a rather solid beer. The nose was just super lackluster.

No head, hazy honey orange color
Nose tart flemmy notes, little barnyard Brett funk like gym sock thing, big buttery oak and just a bit of vinous white wine, various acidity,
Taste very tart acidic, a little salty like gose thing, buttery oak, big white wine vinegar, a few different acids, little gym sock funk, wheat like creamy malt base too somehow comes through, vinous funk, flemmy tart acidic vinous finish
Mouth is a bit flemmy, light carb
Overall eh, interesting characters but missing some of the things that would make it great.
