Thanks to JLindros for sharing this bottle.
A - Poured into a Kate the Great tulip a nice slightly hazy dark amber hue with a thin off white head that fades to leave light wisps.
S - Aromas of light barrel, little wine. The funk is really subtle, light tartness little bit of malt sweetness, very balanced.
T - Taste is similar to the nose, nice balanced funk, little tartness. Nice light barrel and white wine notes. Little sweetness, good well rounded tartness.
M - Mouthfeel is lightly carbonated though could use a bit more. Decent body.
O - Overall this was a rather solid beer. Very nice lambic qualities. Very nice.

Nice fizzy foamy head, little lacing, bright reddish color
Nose big fruity sour funk, tart almost berry or cherry sour fruit, big vinegar acidic funk, mild buttery oak and vinous wine, not super bright
Taste quite tart sour funk, bright acid, white wine vinegar, little earthy cheesy funk, little buttery oak barrel, vinous, acetic and lactic acids, nice juicy tart lambic like, little cranberry line flemmy finish
Mouth is med to lighter bod, derby fizzy carb, big acidity flemmy
Overall quite nice, not quite Belgian lambic but very nice, delicious, need to age these.
