Draft at the brewery
Big creamy fluffy head, great retention and lacing, mostly clear semi hazy medium gold color
Nose nice grainy sweet doughy malt, touch corn like maybe pilsner or maize, light herbal floral hops
Taste more of the same, nice grainy sweet malt, mild pilsner like with a touch of corn and maybe maize, mild creamy softness, hint of mineral additions, into light bitterness and mild floral hops, getting a bit more crisp bitterness on the finish nice balance and easy drinking
Mouth is med to lighter bod, soft creamy, medium light carb
Overall pretty solid cream ale, not as much maize/corn like as others but that's not a bad thing, crisp hop bitterness on the finish is reminiscent of German pils but not nearly as bitter, quite enjoyable and refreshing for summer beer
