Canned 2/5/20
Pours a med fluffy foamy head with moderate retention, fair lacing, very hazy cloudy reddish-orange color
Nose brings Southern hops, a bit of musty dank tropical fruit, a bit of citrus and grapefruit, passion fruit tropical like, ruby red grapefruit, light grainy toasted malt
Taste brings lots more of the hops out front, more citrus and grapefruit, ruby red grapefruit, a bit more dank tropical fruit, a little musty grape skin, light grainy malt, with a touch of toasted reddish malt, no real sweetness, light bitterness, drier finish, with fair hop character lingering, mostly grapefruit zest
Mouth is med to a bit lighter bod, med fizzy carb
Overall solid beer, sessionable old school IPA with nice hop character, decent malts, good for what it is... wait, er, I mean, this was so bad, if I could give it zero stars I would!
