Taste: Crisp, semi sweet, some stone fruit cherry notes, malty with a fizzle in the mouth-feel. Caramel malt almost earthy nose. Nice ruby/Copper hue, clear, with a tan refined head and some broken ring of lace on the glass. Medium body. Complex, so it is ale yeast to be done like an Oktoberfest Lager. 20 IBUs
