On-tap at the brewery:
Pours dark brown with a lasting thin head. Lacing sticks.
The smell is of chocolate with a hint of earthy, slightly sour notes.
The taste is of chocolate - sweetness is balanced by slight sour and a roasty dryness.
Light, smooth and easy to drink with a pleasant traditional porter character.
