Anniversary brew served in a tulip glass at the brewery.
Pale pastel canary yellow, a tightly beaded foam that forms a dense head with a creamy texture. Visible trails of rising carbonation.
Aroma is estery and clean, tastes of pear and apple, some wheat and malt smoothness. Much more balanced than many American interpretations of Tripels, not overly sweet and boozy. Alcohol is completely hidden, which is no small feat. Overall this was great, the best of the bunch at the brewery today.
