Quite sweet— do they doctor this up with something fruity? Tastes of apricot, poears, cider, pineapple— it's a fruit salad with a nice fizz. Really lively mouthfeel, all tingly with fine-grained carbonation.
This is so sweet and highly flavored it needs a chaser. Aromas of cider and vermouth with a hoppy note. Not much bitterness, but some of the drying Belgian yeast effect. This is a crazy yet flabby concoction, worth a taste, but not high on the drinkability list. On tap at Adrift Restaurant in Anacortes.
