This poured a golden-tan color with minimal foam.
There’s a pleasing aroma of pine and grapefruit. It’s rounded, and almost—dare I say—soapy? The flavor has a mellow pine and grapefruit character with something just enough to make me think of cilantro without being cilantro-like. There’s a touch of cracker/toast rounding it out.
