Went to Onopa for a show and took in a few beers, writing notes down on a little receipt that my cousin pulled out of her purse. Needless to say, I got some strange looks.
This beer poured a dark golden color with a small, white head. Good lacing. Smelled delicious, of cinnamon and apples. Taste was sweet upfront, with the cinnamon and apples again, with a massive hop bite afterwards, a little more than I would have liked. Mouthfeel was a little harsh because of the bitterness. Still, this was a very solid beer, and one of the best-smelling American beers I've encountered.
