This collab beer livens up what is typically a pretty boring style. With the porcini mushrooms in there, you'd expect a very earthy umami flavor, but that doesn't really come through until the beer warms up a bit. So wait a few minutes, try some other stuff first, then come back to this one. Interesting idea for sure.
