Poured from a pint can.
On the pour, two fingers of bubbly off white head form on top of a lightly hazy deep gold to light amber body.
Aroma is clean, but very sweet with a light orangey citrus note. Other than that a traditional lager beer Aroma. Very bright, but a tad bit hoppy.
Flavor is happier than a traditional festbier, which is bringing some light bitterness and that bright orange flavor. Not what I was expecting. Not all that bitter, bit the malt isn't right up front like I want from this style. The malt does start to show up in the finish.
Feel is very full with a dry, finish. Finish is long lasting. Overall high carbonation.
Overall this isn't what is was expecting and almost feels like a German lager-blue moon crossover. A bit strange and not my favorite.
