Poured from 16oz can into my 8th Wonder chalice. No date on can that I could see; this batch appears to have clocked in at 7.5% ABV.
Appearance: light golden hue with a body that is quite murky indeed. Head is a finger of frothy ivory foam leaving a little bit of lace on the glass.
Smell: the classic watered-down-orange-juice character of the style. I like that it’s not too sweet, though.
Taste: light, slightly sweetish, slightly crackery malt, with some light citrus zest and a bit of bitterness. It’s not bad, because I like the style, although it isn’t super innovative.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a pretty good carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: a solid, though unremarkable, hazy IPA.
