Wow. So so so balanced and poised, frankly graceful collab here. Weldwerks, OMF, indie hops knocked this one into orbit. DELICIOUS! Strata and a novel hop Luminosa combine against a masterful malt bill that results in what i do not exaggerate to describe as dreamy drinkable magic.
16 oz can, brewed 11/22, poured into a tapered pint glass. Mellow, mild, juicy fruit aromas begin. Close to perfect mouthfeel. Deeply creamy, vivacious but fine carbonation, nimble and clean. Perfect gravity, weight at 6% abv.
The tasting notes on this were utterly insane. Balance. Nuance. Novelty. The most diverse, immersive hop experience ive had maybe ever. Dramatic i know lol. Top notes… damn.. papaya, peach, kiwi, white wine grape, ginger-pineapple, brownsugar and lime zest, starfruit, cantaloupe, honeydew, faint rose, distant oaky agave, dash of strawberry.
The finish is extremely fruity and juicy as above and long with additional gorgeous notes close to a floral dry white wine grape, lilac or lily, playing and evolving well 60 seconds post sip. Flavors on and on for days and days. Lingering on, pineapple and incredible dank garden, fresh baked honey biscuit, deep warm rich bready tones, and piney woodsy sappy notes. Now THIS is modern beer. Absolutely fantastic.
YUM!! What a time to be alive! Thanks all!
