12 oz can mfgr 7/31/24 into a Becker.
L: SRM 3 Pours 99% clear light yellow with a thin white head that goes quickly to soapy nothing.
S: Yeasty malts, grains, grape skin.
T: Light fruits, corn, light touches of apple, pear, hard candy, caramel, yeast.
F: Gently brisk medium to med-light bodied smooth feel with a medium-length lightly drying finish.
O: This reminds me of a simple base beer. Probably good with spicy foods. It drinks easily, is not overly expressive, and has a smooth profile overall. It is good in its style.

Solid feeling Euro lager. Daredevil really does a good job with European-style lagers and ales. Even though their IPA is the most popular I love their Lagers and cream ales. The Indy Lager I believe is the same as their previous helles lager. Very drinkable. Would recommend trying it on a hot day like today.

Draft pour at Speedway taproom. 5% 12 IBU per menu. Bright golden yellow with nearly white head. Aroma is mild with pale malt. The taste is semisweet pale malt with a tangy bite. Minimal bitterness. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with average carbonation and a semi dry finish. Fairly clean lager. Overall, good for the style.

Kind of a middle of the road lager but gets the job done. Clear light golden color with white foam and lacing. Taste has some sweetness, barley, light malt, and a bit of bitter hops on the finish. Feel is a bit thick for the style, but typical lager aftertaste.
