The colour is pale orange-yellow and the liquid is cloudy. The low head is white.
The smell got that typical sour wheat-beer flavour, some yeast and a distinct note of concentrated apple juice.
The first taste is sour. It develops into a sweet taste of apple juice with some yeast. The aftertaste is balanced, long lasting and pretty mild.
The carbonation is strong and fresh with medium sized bubbles, making it almost feel like lemonade.
An quite interesting fruit flavoured weiss, but not really top-notch.
