On tap at shoreline beverage. Very hazy dark chocolate color. Looks like Swiss miss hot cocoa made with too much water.
Aroma of cocoa, coffee, grass, and fudge. Wet leather.
Wonderfully complex esb. Nutty, earthy. Cola. Chocolate. Slightly dry and semi spicy hops towards the end. Just enough to balance out the great malty character of this beer. So easy to drink. Interesting. Can drink this all night. Fairly thin mouthfeel but it goes well with the easy drinking.
An excellent, complex and powerful esb that hides well.
