On draft at Tap and Barrel, Smithtown, NY.
Poured a hazy straw hue with a half finger foamy white head. There was decent retention and lacing.
The smell featured moderate standard esters.
The taste offered rather potent esters with a moderate wheat spice and unusual sourness.
The mouthfeel was toward the thinner side of the style with a very dry finish b
Overall a decent hefe. The sourness is bothersome.

Had a sample at Bullseye beer distributors in Smithtown N.Y.
Went back and filled a Growler.
Poured into a Weizen glass..
poured a super crisp goldeny color with tons of bubblesBig big fluffy white head.... whoo.. exactly what I wanted to see.... very pillowly... lacing was excellent.
Smell was phenomenal... banana wheaty slight malt in there...
Taste followed what you smelt. Pretty dead on heffeweizen. Mouth feel was what you are expecting from a heff.
Overall.. I can't say enough about this beer.. I could bore you with this absolute dead on taste/profile type review but I won't. You like Hefeweizens than you better seek this one out super clean and dead on. I would honestly say it's up there with the top of them. A great brew from brewers that make excellent brews. Not only a must try but a "if I'm somewhere too far I'm gonna plan a roadtrip to try" type of brew
