At the Union Brewing Company, this is my go-to beer. The pour is a light golden yellow with about a half finger head. It has a very light crisp citrus flavor and aroma that completely masks it's 6.7% ABV.
The only down side to this beer is Union Brewing Companies policy of only serving it as an 8 oz pour. This Belgian blond is an absolute must try for anyone who finds themselves at the Union Brewing Company on the Monon.
