This gorgeous unfiltered Czech Pale Lager was brewed exclusively with Bohemian Pils, hopped exlusively with Saaz, and fermented on a traditional Czech yeast strain. Pours a beautiful straw color with a pure white head of dense, cheerful foam. Zippy and bright with gentle floral and grainy notes on the nose, a touch of pleasant bitterness, and a light, crisp finish.

12oz can into a pint glass. No freshness dating, though the can proclaims, "drink fresh". Really?
Hazy pale yellow body. Bright fluffy white head, streaks of lacing. Aroma is grassy, hoppy. On tasting, sharp, bitter hops lasting long into the finish.
Overall, a strong tasting euro lager, finish a bit much for this palate.

Lightly hazed pale yellow with a fat finger of bright white head. Decent retention and sudsy lacing.
Nice grassy aroma with some mixed herbs and light dough behind.
Similar tasting with some lemon and very modest bitterness added to the mix.
Light bodied with soft, full carbonation.
A clean, easy drinking beer I’d be happy to session.

No canning date; consumed on 7/8/22
Pours a foggy, vaguely translucent straw-gold body capped with three fingers of fluffy, soapy, white foam; great head retention leaves a fuzzy, thin layer of cap, a frothy collar, and a limited array of webby/spotty lacing strewn around the walls of the glass.
Aromas of fluffy pale lager yeast flow into fresh white bread dough, leaving toasted crusts and subtle whiff of grain silo into fresh lemon peel; a musty citrus zest melds to robust lagered tendencies for an earthy, clean bouquet.
Taste opens to musty honeysuckle with tinges of zesty white grapefruit easing to white bread dough over the mid-palate underscored with a soft minerality; edges of lemon peel invigorate the back end as a vague straw tone lingers on the finish.
Mouthfeel offers a light body and a moderate-high carbonation, extensively fluffy and rounded before dispersing to a drying mid-palate, leaving prickly grit fleeting into the back end while a mild, earthy bittering lingers through the finish.
Clean citric zest effectively contrasts intense reverberations of fresh pale-lager yeastiness, with the resultant grain texture and brighter subtext producing a predominantly clean, quietly expressive lager.
