On tap at Valiant tasting room.
Pours a deep, dark brown like Spanish leather. No foam.
Smell is understated, barley sweet with caramel malt.
Taste is better. Sweet mainly. Not getting hints of peat or slight roast like I usually enjoy in a Scotch Ale. But still good.
Mothfeel is on target, but a little more "liquidy" than expected. But not thin.
Overall, a good beer.
