On tap at Valiant.
Pours like a slightly tarnished Chardonay. No foam.
Smell is lightly sour, a tad nutty, and a bit of wet hay.
Taste is subtle on the sour, slightly orange zesty. Like a mimosa made with orange juice diluted by melting ice, a Spanish Cava, a hint of sour.
Overall, quite good and refreshing. A great intro level sour for a newbie.

A: Light orange zest, a little grainy with moderately light sourness.
A: Golden color, totally clear, with a fair large white head that dissipates pretty quickly.
T: Light orange, citrus flavor, followed by a moderately light sourness.
M: Light bodied with moderate carbonation.
O: Solid orange sour; oranges can be difficult to work with because of the acidity. Moreover, too many
oranges and it starts to taste like juice instead of a beer. This beer manages to impart orange zest, but could be more deliciuous if the house souring culture was more complex.

Served On-Tap
A — Pours a slightly hazy somewhat light yellow color into the glass. Puffy white head sits on-top of it and leaves behind little to no lacing.
S — Smells lightly grainy, little bit of lemon, fairly muted, some light stone fruit, but really just not much going on.
T — Tastes lightly tart, light notes of lemon juice and some citrus. Little bit of a lacto sourness. But really not much in terms of development of flavors.
M — Light in body, fairly crisp carbonation level.
O — OK overall, just really light and mild here, not a whole lot going on.

I enjoyed this beer way more than I thought I was going to. Slightly sweet from the orange, the right amount of tartness, and a somewhat high carbonation to give it that champagne feel. Loved it.

Going short and sweet on this one:
This is a beer brewed with lactobacillus. Its tartness is light and refreshing like a Berliner Weissbier, however there's an attention grabbing squeeze of fresh orange wedges which adds a second layer of fun to this beer. In fact, its name Foamosa shares notes of a famous drink which rhymes with it (mimosa).
