Light Amber in color with a hazy appearance.
Smell definitely declares bourbon barrel aging.
Taste is assertively bourbon forward yet not in a recklerss way. It's as far as I like for bourbon in an Old Ale, can still enjoy it, and won't make a funny face.
Mouthfeel is solid enough for my liking, but not chewy.
