A: Grainy, light spice, light lacto sourness with a vinous finish.
A: Golden color, totally clear with a thick white head.
T: Light malt, though somewhat grainy, with moderate spice notes. The beer is lightly tart with a thick vinous finish that clashes with the grainy, spice character.
M: Light bodied with moderate carbonation.
O: Not great; the heavy, red wine barrels clash with the herbal, spice character. Great in concept, but this didn’t come together well.
