Copenhagen 9/5 2018. 1 l swing cap bottle from the Brewpub in Kiel. Yellow serious looking label with a hoppy logo and a very short durability period (less than a month).

Pours hazy amber with big, bubbly white head. Settles as 2 cm thick creamy layer of foam. No lacing to speak of.

Aroma is surprisingly sour with a more subdued sweetness. Milk gone bad, light butter and more light caramel sweetness.

Light carbonation. Thin, watery texture.

Flavor is rather sweet followed by more subdued bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish.

Quite strange tasting with the dairy products after expiry quality that it has. Will not become a favorite except if I run out of butter.

This is a nice beer that is a cloudy golden color with a wonderful frothy head. It smells and tastes of fine malts with a hint of citrus. It has a nice mouth that is very full and is almost chewy(not bad). This is a very natural finely brewed beer that is untouched from the vat directly to you the way beer is meant to be.
