Funk in the nose and straw color. Taste is a classic saison, nice and bright and crisp with a slight bubblegum aftertaste. Overall, this is a very good saison that would be great on a hot summer evening.

A:
Pours a glowing yellow color with active carbonation 3-4 fingers pristine white head that pretty much is there to stay. Good retention; lots of striped, cloud-like lacing. (4.5)
S:
Fruity, floral soap. Green grapes, clementines, grass, soap, lime pith, funky backdrop. (4.25)
T:
Lightly fruity flower nectar taste with citrus fruits, hay, masticated green grapes with a thin layer of sticky resin holding it all together. (4.25)
M:
Light+ body, active carbonation, fairly dry, slightest tang, super drinkable. (4.25)
O:
Really fine beer. Thanks for thinking of me, KC!
It pours like a true saison: hard to fit the head in the glass. Champagne carbonation. The aroma is immediately noticeable with almost-funky yeast notes, green grapes and tart oranges. The flavor follows suit. A little sweeter than I would ordinarily imagine in a beer like this; but since most of it is a light, fruity sweetness from the hops and yeast it is VERY complimentary to the rest of the beer I think. Really hits some high notes as far as fulfilling its gimmick of being a New World saison. Nice balance, incredibly refreshing and drinkable.
So far I have been really impressed with both beers I have had from this brewery. They are definitely doing something right. (4.25)

22oz brown bomber, sample from the brewery.
Mildly hazed pale golden amber hue, laces does a great job sticking around. Smells of kiwi, melon rind, medicial phenols, and pear juice. Dryness on the palate, yeasty with some phenols. Dried grass with dried tropical fruit from the hops. Ample bitterness. Cracker graininess. Slightly puckering, very easy to knock back and a whole lot of fun.

Lovely hopped saison, a little earthy and funky, hazy color like straw, decent head and lacing, nice Belgian yeast, toasty, lovely pour, would buy again.

Poured from a bottle into a snifter and has a nice clear/partially cloudy straw color and a slowly settling creamy white head. Smells of apricots, citrus, grain and hops. Taste of grains with a nice hit of bitterness from the hops. Medium feel.

Partly cloudy with some sunshine peaking through the body, tiny white cap. Fruit esters of lemon, melon, grape and pear with slight funk, plenty of belgian yeast, and slight soapiness. Taste brings in some flowers, earth and black pepper, but fruit esters are not as expressive, an equal trade off. Cracker malt accents all. Feel is a little soapy, bright, and on the thinner side. Solid but nothing special

Bottle from North End
Pours a murky straw with a good sized long lasting bone white head. Lemony, bready, earthy, spicy, and a little funky. Feels like a wit but bigger on the hops. I liked this beer, but didn't enjoy the price point.

From the 650 ml. bottle. 2015 batch. Sampled on April 23, 2015.
The pour is a cloudy pale yellow underneath a small, off-white head. Some lacing.
Th enjoyed all those Belgian esters including toasted Belgian malts, Belgian yeast, grassy and earthy hops. A touch of spice.
The body is medium to better than medium.
The taste brings out a quick toasted pale malt character and then there is a slight citrus, then mildly bitter finish. As it warms the bitterness tends to linger longer.
