From a 330ml bottle. Twist off cap, slight gusher. Dark tan foam, reddish brown tone with ample carbonation. Typical toasty rye bread smell and taste, mild raisin and carob notes. Not too sweet, well carbed. They said at the store that it was used as a bread starter for active yeast and sugars.
