On tap at the new Oggi's next to CSU Fullerton
Opaque, nearly black with a slightly Cocoa head that dissipates to a thin film.
Smells of roasted malt, warm coffee grounds, and a hint of peat mixed with charred bourbon barrel.
Taste is much the same as the smell. Barrel notes are present and pleasant yet subtle.
Finish is much of the same with the charred barrel closing this one out. Fairly full mouthfeel.
Overall a pretty respectable BA Irish stout.
