Brewer's notes:
2-row malt & imported light crystal malt create the nice color and clean finish. HBC 342 and YCR 14 hops followed by a week of dry hopping with more HBC 342.
On tap at Oggi's next to CSUF.
Pour is slightly hazy amber hued with light foam that dissipates quickly.
Smell is slightly citrusy with a bready malty background.
Taste is a nice balance between citrus meets honey and earth with a clean hoppy finish.
Mouthfeel is more lie a slightly oily DIPA.
Overall quite good.
