From a collapsible growler. Pale lightly cloudy golden amber. Small head and just a touch of lace. Nose has honey and caramel with sweet
alcohol. Taste of juicy melon and yeast esters with Belgian malt filling out the body. Some alcohol and mild hops in the finish. Crisp and smoothly carbonated. A very nice saison with an excellent drinkability and complexity.
