Classically a dark, reddish brown with a range of bready, biscuity and toasty maltiness that accentuate its coffee, caramel, chocolate and stone fruit flavors. Finishes with light bitterness and smooth mouthfeel with a medium body and carbonation.

12oz can. Bottom stamp is 'CANNED ON 11/18/2024 SLAINTE'. Label has ABV% as 5.24%.
Deep brown colored body, with garnet colored back lit edge. Beige colored head with the pour and this settles back to a partial cap and high ring. Leaves behind short strings and spots of lacing.
Aroma with lightly roasted malts, caramel, chocolate, and coffee.
Taste is initially sweet and then immediately gets roasty with slight char. Flavors of caramel, chocolate, coffee, and bit of plum/prune. Not a long lasting aftertaste.
Less than medium mouthfeel. Metallic touch. Tongue stripping and numbing. Dry finish. Good carbonation.
On spot English Porter with good range of roasted flavors, with a sweet note for balance.
