L: SRM 40 pours black with a heavy rocky thick creamy very light tan head that has OK retention, low carbo, light lacing.
S: Cocoa, dark toasted caramelized malts, a hint of char, distant coffee.
T: Taste follows aroma and is gently sweet with a touch of honey, dried fruits, a hint of toffee.
F: Wet, smooth, medium bodied feel with a gently drying medium length finish.
O: A quenching and tasty Dry Stout that has a touch of bright crispness from a dried fruit angle. Respectably deep flavors and fairly easy drinking. It is very good in its style.
