Don't know actually how truffles taste, but the beer is tasty, refreshing and fizzy.

Had on tap. Have you ever wondered what sour grass, mushrooms and bread would taste like together? This beer is for you! Its aromatics is fun, with the garden spices and truffles interacting well with each other, but clashing a little with the barrel. The taste is a mess though, just feels like a shot in the dark, not refined.
