Hazy, yellow color. Good-looking, white head. Aroma of yeast, lemon zest, and grain. Funky and dry in taste. Good saison beer, although nothing special.

April 2019: 330 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 5%. Nearly clear pale golden colour, moderate white head. Aroma of spicy saison yeast, lemongrass, tangerine and a hint of dill. Citric mouthfeel. The flavour is medium dry, with citrus, mild spices and moderate but noticeable bittering hops.

Poured into a snifter.
The appearance was a glossy burnt paper amber color with two and a half finger's worth of white foamy head that slid off at a moderate pace. Some speckled lace ran here and there.
The aroma had some apple cider vinegar, white pepper, green pepper, white bread, lemon pulp and rind bitterness, sour yeastiness (Brett, maybe, I guess), herbal to earthy character and a touch of some grassy to earthiness at the end.
The flavor leaned into the sourness initially and developed some of the herbal to earthiness as it warmed. Light grassiness with the apple cider vinegar came in and around with the green pepper, white bread and lemon pulp. Mild aftertaste reached into breadiness and sour edge.
The mouthfeel was about medium bodied, perhaps just a touch under with a fair sipping quality about it due to the sour level becoming a bit harsh along my tongue. ABV did feel fine. Carbonation felt just a touch above but I wasn't bothered by it. Finish was sour and absorbing with the white bread and lemon pulp.
Overall, either a "sour-ed" saison or an American wild ale, either way, I'd still have again.

Slightly hazy bright yellow color with white head. Aroma has some sweet and spicy yeast notes with herbal hops. Taste follows spicy and herbal with an earthy bitterness on the finish. Medium body and carbonation. Overall it's pretty nice but a bit too yeasty.

330ml Bottle. Pours a pale orange body with a creamy, off-white head that settles as a fully lasting layer, good lacing. Aroma is tangerine, banana and Belgian yeast. Taste has peppery hops with citrus, orange and spicy. Aftertaste has a mild bitterness with citrus & peppery spice. Overall a very enjoyable beer

Hazy orange appearance, with a good amount of beige foam, not too beautiful.
Orange peel and white pepper in the nose, and a light tropical note.
In the taste some bretta is noticeable, but quite light, and a bit overwhelmed by spiciness and citrus note (tangerine).
Hop in the aftertaste, but again, more pepper and citric.
Pleasant, good beer.
