Pours deep amber, borderline orange hue. Small white head that fades rapidly.
Smells exactly like a freshly baked oatmeal raisin cookie (one of my favorites). Dark sugar/raisin, vanilla, mild cinnamon. Perfect aroma.
Taste follows the aroma, but more subdued, Cinnamon is the dominant flavor, but is not overpowering of off-putting at all.
Wished for a slightly thicker mouthfeel, good nonetheless.
Great beer-ification of a staple cookie. Would get this again.

Tried to make a homebrewed oatmeal raisin cookie ale (before finding this beer) and it turned out overly sweet. Bluebird's was superior.
