While the abv is high for a "Session Ale", this is a lighter ale. I placed it in the Altbier category due to the taste.
Crystal clear and straw colored. Decent lace from the smaller head.
The smell is grainy and malty in equal measure. Very little, if any, hop to the nose.
Nearly raw barley initial flavor. No notable hop. Predictable body with higher carbonation. The aftertaste is short and a touch grainy.
