Unlike some saisons around these here parts, this one isn't in your face. It's an easy drinking, thirst quenching beer, great for summer.
A light pour, faded gold. 2 finger head, nice lacing
Aroma is what you'd expect from a saison, although not as potent. Light citrus and spices, some white pepper and lemon zest. Subtle hops.
The hops come out a bit more in the flavor. Grassy and slightly citrus. Spices are muddled a bit, but still put up a fight. Good undertone of biscuit.
Easy drinking, this one.
