Appearance and aroma are really nice for a saison. Taste is a mixed bag. A lot of C hops so there is quite a bitterness to this saison. Thin in body yet surprising this beer is 8.5%. I figured it was in the “5’s” until I stood up. Decent but needs a little less bitterness and a little more sweetness/body.
