Nose malt, hint pine & bubblegum, dark fruit faint sourness & grass. Taste slightly sweet malt, faint hops, hint caramel & citrus. Thin bland body for a Brown.

Brown with a golden / reddish hue in good light. Head light cream and moderately stiff, leaving lacing on glass. Nose with lean hops as well as caramel malt, also a little raisiny. Taste grows smoothly, begins with a tingle, then various malt and hop flavors emerge one after another to keep your attention. A hint of dark candy on the backside but never too sweet. Mouthfeel a bit slick, but clean. Interesting! and worth revisiting.
This was from a brown bottle poured into a glass, and it seemed fresh enough though I could not find a date on the bottle.

Poured from a bottle into a glass.
The Remedy pours a dark amber, medium brown.
Nice creamy head retention down to the last drop.
Enough lacing to stitch a doily.
Smells like fresh peaches and apricots with cool hop high notes.
The first taste is mostly olfactory with that peach/apricot taste wafting straight up into your head.
It's gone in a flash, and a seriously yeasty and malty backbone swings in like a non-Miley wrecking ball.
Nice hop/malt balancing act after that, just perfect for an American Brown Ale.

A: dark reddish brown colored body; slightly hazy; large and creamy tan head. Some sediment on the bottom of the bottle (added).
Aroma: Some grain but mostly grassy hops with some off notes.
T: Hoppy for style, but with more medium and sweet malts than the aroma suggests. Finished mildly bitter with hints of toffee, citrus, and citrus rind.

Pours a nice slightly cloudy brown with a dense off white head. Great balance in this beer. light caramel malts underpin a bright, yet not overpowering earthy, grapefruit/apricot hop. The flavor is what would be expected from the aroma and is spot on for an American brown. It drinks like a brown ale should. It is a bit more mild than it's 6% ABV belies. Tastes of an English brown with a very well done American hop treatment. It finishes semi dry and no unpleasant aftertaste. All in all, one of my favorite brews to come out of Parkway thus far. I can drink a lot of this.

12 ounce bottle poured into a Sam Adams perfect pint
A: dark amber, brown color, very hazy, good 2 inch tan head.
S: not much there, sweet malt
T: upfront balance of toasted and sweet malts, finished with a touch of bitter and citrus.
M: medium body
This is a nice beer. It's enjoyable to drink and good to have a couple in the early spring.

Redolent of hops with a backbone of sweet toasted malt. Maybe a hint of caramel and pine. A little bubblegum on the third pour.
Taste is predominately toasted malt up front before a bit of sweet malt punches through, then light citrus rind, or bitter/tart hops at the finish. Occasional caramel.
Medium light in body. A bit peppery, with light syrupy retention and a little warmth.
This beer grew on me. I thought it was a bit bland at first, but in the end, more of the sweet malt flavor developed and it seemed more balanced.
