Majestic Mullet Krispy Kolsch is a golden ale with notes of cereal and grain. Balanced by hints of floral hop aroma and an accentuating bitterness, the nuances of the yeast add a fruity, vinous note.

12 oz bottle that I picked up at the brewery
pours a clear golden color, thick white head. mild grainy aroma, similar taste - pretty clean and crisp flavor. well balanced, easy drinking. thin to medium bodied.

Had it on tap in Richmond, VA and I ordered it for the awesome name but ended up really enjoying it as it paired well with the BBQ food I ordered at Oak & Apple. It was golden color with a small head and plenty of carbonation bubbles. Smelled and tastes of sweet grains, lemon zest, floral notes and light biscuit with a hint of caramel. Crisp and refreshing, it was perfect for a July night.

I personally dont give two shits about those numbers, mouthfeel, bullshit like that. Having spent time in Germany and the Czech Republic has taught me what to taste and what to appreciate.
This beer is simple. This beer is crisp. This beer is slightly bready, and this beer, like theirs, is lightly alcoholed enough to consume in healthy quantities while you are laughing either with friends or at friends. Even though its an ale, this is the closest American, craft brew to taste like the pilsners and gold lagers of central europe and i clap my hands in joy.
Thank you Parkway Brewing.

Poured from a bottle into a slender glass.
Overall, a good kolsh example.
Looks light yellow with a slight haze. Thin white sudsy head that dissipated. Smells grassy, funky. Tastes similar with a hoppy zing. Vineous. Grapey. Nice malty finish. A medium body.
