On-draught @ Cornerstone Taproom, Taupo, New Zealand.
Hops: Mosaic, Galaxy, Centennial
Malt: Ale, Pilsner, Carapils
5.8% ABV.
Lemon, floral hop flavour, hop oil, muted passionfruit.
Not a great hop profile, particularly given the varietals used, but pleasant enough.
Coating, oily, smooth, wet, medium-bodied, somewhat refreshing.
A drinkable IPA with a decent hop profile, but its mediocrity relative to the myriad of beers in this oversaturated style will leave it lost to discerning drinkers.
