A blended farmhouse saison created to celebrate the 10th anniversary of Bailey's Taproom, one of the best supporters of Oregon beer and Breakside around. The blend consists of a delicate blonde saison with spelt and fennel aged in an Aria Gin barrel, a hoppy golden ale aged in a House Spirits Gin Barrel, and a barrel-fermented mixed culture Brett beer.
