Look: Semi-opaque pale yellow with a fast-forming head that settles quickly to a nice lid
Aroma: Wet hay, yeast, wafts of peach and apricot, granny smith apple skin, some earthy hops, and light berry notes
Taste: Wet hay, apricot, white pepper, and apple skins jump out at first along with some berry notes. Floral and earthy hops and yeast follow suit and join in the mix. Very unique texture adds to the flavor depth too as this starts out like a sour and closes with good dryness
Mouthfeel: A unique feel, highly carbonated, and full bodied. Almost tart at first, softer in the middle, and closes dry and crisp
Overall: This is good and probably one of the most unique beers I’ve had this year. Great depth of flavors overall and definitely farmhouse-esque with the fruits, hay, tartness, hops, and yeast but easily the most unique mouthfeel of any one I’ve tried before. It’s like 3 beers in 1 – starts like a kettle sour or berliner (w/o the weisse), saison is the middle part of the ride, and closes like a dry lager. Tasty, unique, and fun to drink – I dig it

From a can.
A clear light orange with a dense white head with excellent retention and lacing, this looks great. The nose is intensely spicy and fragrant, with bubblegum, grains of paradise, lemon peel, light citrus, honey and a light grassy pils malt note. The de la Senne yeast character is clear here. The palate opens mildly bitter and quite fruity with a blend of bubblegum, lemon, mint, earth and some spices. A mild nutty sweet spice note, vaguely cinnamon adjacent with nutmeg and grains of paradise, is present. Moderately yeasty. Drying, mildly bitter on the finish, this beer is light in body, has creamy carbonation and dry and fruity on the finish. Excellent.

Pint poured by mistake. Should have been a 10 oz.goblet ..lucked out!
$6.
Golden clear body.. beautiful carbonation strings..even In a shaker.
Getting some nice funky yeast aromas what we used to refer to as "barnyard".
Taste very yeasty..funky and spicy.. great stuff.
Mouth feel is good.. carbonated perfect . could be drier in finish.
Nice beer. Taste.
Note: this is a collab with Upright.
